Statutory mail includes correspondence from:

This mail will be scanned and emailed worldwide as soon as possible after it arrives.
There are no handling fees or scanning charges for statutory mail.
Mail Processing & Delivery Expectations
Mail is processed during normal office hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Statutory mail is typically scanned and emailed within 1–3 working days after receipt, although this may vary depending on mail volumes.
Please note:
• Mail must first be delivered to our office by Royal Mail or the courier service before it can be processed.
• We cannot control postal delivery times or delays.
• Mail sent to a company that does not have the appropriate service active may be returned to sender or disposed of.
It is the company’s responsibility to ensure services remain active and accounts remain in Good Standing so that important mail can be processed and forwarded.
Important – Business Mail
This service includes Statutory Mail only.
Other business correspondence such as mail from:
• banks
• clients
• suppliers
• marketing or commercial mail
is not included.
No business mail, personal mail, parcels, courier deliveries, or product returns are included with this service.
If you wish to receive and forward all business mail, you must purchase one of our Business Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office services.
Items received that are not covered by the Registered Office Service may be:
• returned to sender
• held pending purchase of the appropriate service
• disposed of in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
Directors Service Address (Optional)
If company directors wish to keep their home address private, they may use our address as their Directors Service Address.

Mail Forwarding Fees (Non-Statutory Mail)
This service only includes forwarding of Statutory Mail.
A Mail Forwarding Service or Virtual Office Service is required if you wish to receive business mail or parcels.
Mail & Parcel Forwarding Fees (All Mail Forwarding Services)
Forwarded mail or parcels sent by post are charged at Royal Mail rates × 2 (plus any envelopes or packaging materials used).
A minimum charge applies which is the Royal Mail 100g Large Letter price × 2.
Additional charges may apply as follows:
• Courier arranged by us – £25 + courier cost
• Client-arranged courier – £12.50 handling fee per item
• Parcels or mail collected in person – £2.50 handling fee per item
For the Low User Mail Forwarding Service, a mail handling fee of £2.50 per item forwarded or collected applies in addition to postage or courier charges.
(This fee is not charged with the Full Mail Forwarding Service.)
Scanning charges (non-statutory mail):
• 25p + VAT per side of paper scanned
• 50p per side where manual scanning is required (for example bound documents)
Mail disposal charges:
• Standard letters – 20p per item
• Large letters / small packets – 50p per item
• Parcels – £1–£10 per item depending on size and contents
All prices are plus VAT where applicable.
We do not provide credit for mail forwarding. Forwarding costs must be paid in advance.

Can directors and PSCs use this address?
Yes. Directors may use our address as their Directors Service Address to keep their home address off the public register.
A Directors Service Address facility is required for each director using our address, and a PSC Service Address facility is required for each PSC where this is not already covered by a Directors Service Address.
Can overseas directors and PSCs use this service?
Yes. Our service is widely used by international directors and non-UK residents forming or managing UK companies.
Important Information
By purchasing this service, you confirm that you understand and agree that the Registered Office Service includes forwarding of Statutory Mail only, and that forwarding of business mail, parcels, courier deliveries, or any other non-statutory mail requires a separate mail forwarding service.
