£25 per year. Price is per Director, per Company.
If multiple directors require the service, a Directors Service Address must be purchased for each director.
Service Scope
This service:
• covers one director
• applies to one company
If a director serves on multiple companies, a Directors Service Address is required per company.
The service is not transferable if the directors of a company change.
Compliance Monitoring
Companies House records may be checked periodically.
If we discover that:
• our address is being used as a Registered Office without the correct service
• our address is being used by additional directors without the required service
the appropriate service will be invoiced from the date the address began being used.
Mail will not be forwarded where invoices remain unpaid or the account is not in Good Standing.
